Manchester City football development executive Patrick Vieira has revealed that the club are interested in signing Rennes midfielder Yann M'Vila.
The 21-year-old has been strongly linked with moves to both Arsenal and Real Madrid.
However, former midfielder Vieira has admitted that the Blues are in pursuit of the French international.
"I am sure that City are not the only club interested in him," Vieira told Canal Plus.
The Premier League leaders host Newcastle United on Saturday.
