Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony 'arrives at Stoke City training ground'

Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony reportedly arrives at Stoke City's training ground ahead of a deadline-day loan move to the club.

Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony has reportedly arrived at Stoke City's training ground ahead of a deadline-day move to the Bet365 Stadium.

The Potters are believed to be keen to secure a loan move for the Ivorian, who is deemed surplus to requirements under City manager Pep Guardiola.

Everton and West Ham United were thought to have expressed an interest in signing the 27-year-old, but it appears that Stoke have won the race as Bony has arrived at the club's training base for talks, according to Sky Sports News.

Bony himself hinted that he was on the move this morning when he tweeted: "It's a new day and I look forward to a new exciting challenge."

The forward joined City from Swansea City last January for a £28m fee, but has not featured in any of the North-West outfit's five games under Guardiola this season.
