Andreas Weimann hails "incredible" Aston Villa victory

Andreas Weimann hails Aston Villa's "incredible" 3-2 victory over Manchester City at Villa Park.

Aston Villa striker Andreas Weimann has said that today's 3-2 victory over Manchester City was "incredible".

Villa came from behind twice to beat last season's FA Cup finalists and the Austrian striker scored a 65th-minute winner after Leandro Bacuna's equaliser two minutes earlier.

After the game, Weimann told BBC Sport: "Scoring the winner against Man City, you don't do that every day - it is incredible.

"We just beat someone who is meant to win the league, so this was a massive win for us."

The result lifts Aston Villa up to ninth place in the Premier League table.
