Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has said that he is now happy in England and wants to end his career at Boca Juniors.
An exit from Manchester seemed certain after the Argentinian said last summer that he never wanted to return to the city.
However, he was unable to secure a transfer away from the Etihad and proceeded to go AWOL for a large part of the season.
He returned at the climax of City's season and helped them win their first title in 44 years and now seems content in Manchester but does want to end his career at Argentinian outfit Boca.
"My biggest wish is to finish my career in the Boca shirt," the 28-year-old told FoxSports.
"I am still thinking the same as when I left, I want to retire here. I am here for whatever Boca need."
Speaking of Manchester, Tevez added: "I am feeling good, I have no desire to be thinking that I want to leave, my family are happy."
Tevez scored seven goals in 15 appearances for the Blues last season.
