Controversial Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez reportedly wants to move to a different Premier League club in January.
Tevez was banned and fined at Manchester City for refusing to warm up during a Champions League match with Bayern Munich last month.
Roberto Mancini has said that Tevez's career is "finished" at City, and the Argentine is now looking for another English club.
"His family are now living in England, so he's quite happy and settled," said his advisor Kia Joorabchian.
"He had some problems about being away from them before, but they are with him now and everything is fine. He'd be happy to move to another Premier League club."
Tevez's fine of four weeks' wages was recently downgraded to two weeks' on orders from the Professional Footballers' Association.
