New York City FC to play Manchester friendlies

Manchester City's sister club New York City FC will play two friendlies in Manchester next month.

The Americans will face Scottish side St Mirren and Danish outfit Brondby at the City Football Academy.

New York take on St Mirren on February 10 before meeting Brondby five days later.

The club will start its first MLS campaign in March.

Meanwhile, Manchester City are back in action on Sunday when they host Arsenal in the Premier League.
