Carlos Tevez arrives in Italy

Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has landed in Turin ahead of his move to Juventus.

Reports emerged last night that City had accepted a bid, believed to be in the region of £10m, for the Argentine striker from the Italian champions.

While there has been no official comment from either club, the sight of the 29-year-old at Turin Airport this afternoon has indicated that the transfer is close to completion.

He is now expected to hold talks regarding personal terms, before undergoing a medical.
