Hello and welcome to Sports Mole's live coverage of the match in the Premier League between West Ham United and Manchester City. Pep Guardiola's side may have already been crowned champions but for West Ham, this represents another crucial day in their efforts to remain in the top flight. Let's see who features in each starting lineup...

Let's start by taking a look at West Ham as David Moyes opts to make three alterations to the team which lost at Arsenal last weekend. There is a change between the sticks with Adrian replacing Joe Hart, who is unable to play against his parent club.

Moyes has also opted to bring in Patrice Evra on the left flank. The veteran is making just his third Premier League start for the Hammers. Arthur Masuaku is only named on the bench.

The third change sees Manuel Lanzini brought back into the team, with Joao Mario being selected among the replacements. Lanzini will likely be supported by Edimilson Fernandes with the pair playing behind Marko Arnautovic.

You'd struggle to find a more attack-minded bench than West Ham's. Jordan Hugill, Javier Hernandez and Andy Carroll are all capable of leading the line while Mario adds another option in the final third.

City manager Guardiola has also made three changes to his team. The most notable inclusion is that of Leroy Sane with the PFA Young Player of the Year having been left out of the starting lineup against Swansea City last weekend. The German replaces Bernardo Silva.

David Silva doesn't feature so Fernandinho comes back into the team. By City's standards, it's a defensive-minded team with four being played at the back and both the Brazilian and Ilkay Gundogan playing in the centre of the pitch.

The third change sees Nicolas Otamendi return at centre-back with Vincent Kompany not involved. We are not sure whether that is injury-related or if the Belgian skipper has been given the weekend off.

On the bench, Benjamin Mendy features again and will be looking to get more minutes under his belt after recovering from a serious knee injury while Phil Foden may be introduced in the final third. Young forward Lukas Nmecha is still awaiting his Premier League debut.

With the team news done, let's take a closer look at West Ham. Last week, Moyes was critical of Declan Rice's decision-making against Arsenal and in the build-up to this game, the Scot has been attempting to justify his comments. Click here to read his thoughts.

Since the move to the London Stadium, a regular topic for debate has been West Ham's form at their new home but the Hammers have registered 12 points from their last seven fixtures. That's an excellent return for a team which has spent the season in the bottom half of the standings.

However, West Ham have an abysmal record against teams in the top half of the table. Just eight points have been registered from 16 matches. That one win came at home to Chelsea.

Staying on the subject of form, West Ham may appear out of immediate trouble but they have won just two of their last 11 matches in the Premier League. The only win of the last seven came at home to struggling Southampton.

There's no doubting that West Ham's player of the season has been Arnautovic. The Austrian international started the season slowly but 10 goals and four assists have come from 27 outings in the Premier League.

Lanzini could have pushed him for player of the year had he been available for more games. The Argentine has contributed three goals and six assists from 23 outings. If only the Hammers could have kept both men fit and in the same team...

It's a big day for this man. The 33-year-old played against his former club at the Etihad Stadium in December but any occasion to come up against City will mean a lot to the Argentine.

Zabaleta spent a total of nine years at City, making 333 appearances in all competitions. Coincidentally, the full-back has made 33 Premier League outings for West Ham.

With three games remaining, City are looking for the six points required to move past Chelsea's 13-year-old record of 95 points. You'd back them to achieve that, wouldn't you? West Ham United, Huddersfield Town, Brighton & Hove Albion and Southampton are standing in their way...

They also need six goals to break the record for total amount of goals in a Premier League season. Chelsea netted 103 during the 2009-10 campaign.

Throughout the season, Guardiola has done an effective job with rotating his squad. The only outfield player to feature in every Premier League match is De Bruyne, with everyone else having missed out in at least three starting lineups.

Winning the title in such fashion feels a greater achievement when you consider that Aguero and Jesus have both been missing for nine league matches each. The pair have still managed 32 goals between them, but at least two thirds of City's goals have come from elsewhere.

For all of the talk of De Bruyne arguably being City's best player, we feel that Sterling deserves more recognition than he has received. While De Bruyne has a combined total of 23 when it comes to goals and assists, Sterling has 26 and wasn't even in the running for the PFA Player of the Year.

PREDICTION! The pressure is off City and that probably isn't going to help West Ham United. We expect City to have a comfortable afternoon, running out 4-1 victors at the London Stadium.

HEAD TO HEAD! Sunday's fixture represents the 107th competitive meeting between the two clubs, with City claiming 52 victories in comparison to 37 wins for West Ham.

Over the past 10 years, the two teams have squared off on 20 occasions and during that period, City have prevailed 14 times and suffered just three defeats. City have also won the last four encounters

It's time for the two teams to make their way out at the London Stadium. Given the size of the crowd, there is a big-game feel to this one but can West Ham respond with the performance required to earn something from the champions?

KICKOFF! West Ham get us underway.

As expected, City dominate possession during the opening couple of minutes but their first attack ends with Adrian claiming the ball ahead of Sane.

West Ham are prepared to gift City possession in non-threatening areas of the pitch but when the ball was won back, the home side looked to put their own move together rather than launch a long ball to Arnautovic.

Despite that one flurry forward, West Ham are second best to City at the moment. The champions are playing the ball around with very little trouble.

The Hammers respond with a couple of meaty challenges, with the second one seeing Noble foul De Bruyne. West Ham are trying to put themselves about a bit.

City create their first opportunity and they should probably score. Walker's low ball into the box causes confusion but Gundogan cannot make a proper connection from around seven yards out.

An outswinger corner from De Bruyne is met by Otamendi but like Gundogan before, the City player doesn't make a full connection with the ball and the opportunity is lost.

The goal was coming. Sane is given the time and space to get a shot away from distance and a huge deflection off Evra deceives Adrian and ends up taking the ball into the far corner. City are one away from 100 goals for the Premier League season.

CHANCE! Much better from West Ham. Arnautovic and Lanzini combine on the right-hand side of the pitch and Lanzini's toe-bunter is parried away by Ederson with Cresswell looking to get on the end of it.

West Ham needed that kind of moment to suggest to Man City that they will not have it all their own way this afternoon. It's still looking like that but as long as West Ham can remain within a goal, they will always be in the game.

CHANCE! West Ham look there for the taking at the back. City sometimes have too much time on the ball in the final third and Sterling should do better with a shot from 12 yards. Instead, he thought about it and dragged it wide.

There's not much of an atmosphere at the London Stadium. It can't be helping the home side. For the large part, it has felt like a friendly.

West Ham just won a free kick on the right flank but within 10 seconds of it being taken, the ball was out for a City free kick. The East London outfit need to make more of those kind of openings.

For all of their possession, City are not really creating that many chances but they remain in total control in this match.

City double their lead and with it, reach 100 goals in the Premier League this season. Adrian fails to collect the ball on the edge of the area and from there, it is mayhem. De Bruyne eventually drills a delivery across the box and after Adrian gets a small touch to it, Rice can only divert the ball into his own net.

We are having a break in play while Kouyate receives treatment for a head injury. This feels like it is going to be a stroll in the park for City.

Kouyate is back on but after taking a whack from Laporte, he probably shouldn't be. We will see how he fares over the next few minutes.

West Ham's main priority has to be avoiding letting in a third goal before the break but they cannot really afford to play safety first. City are ready to capitalise if they do.

CHANCE! Just like that, City almost score again. They break clear through Jesus and although the Brazilian gets taken out by Evra, the ball runs into the path of Sane who only has Adrian to beat. However, the winger tries to be too clever and the opportunity is lost.

BOOKING! Otamendi goes into the book for tripping Lanzini when the playmaker was looking to run towards goal.

West Ham have the ball in the net but the goal has been disallowed. Ederson's first touch when receiving a back-pass was heavy and Arnautovic nipped in to dispossess the goalkeeper before tapping home. However, it was deemed that too much contact had been made with the Brazilian stopper.

Now West Ham should have a penalty but instead only get a free kick! Gundogan fouls Fernandes just inside the box but the referee and assistant - who has the perfect view - decide that it was outside.

Justice! Cresswell steps up and curls the set piece inside the near post! Game on again at the London Stadium.

CHANCE! Pretty much straight from kickoff, City go down the other end with De Bruyne firing a shot too close to Adrian. He should be doing better. This game has come alive.

There will be four minutes of added-on time.

SHOT! City launch a counter-attack in numbers and Sane should shoot from 12 yards. Instead, he holds onto the ball which eventually finds its way to De Bruyne, but the Belgian curls off target.

CHANCE! The visitors are laying siege to the West Ham goal. On this occasion, Sterling sees a well-struck effort parried away by Adrian.

The half-time whistle goes at the London Stadium and an uneventful game has certainly come alive. City have dominated for large periods, but West Ham go into the break facing just the one-goal deficit and will fancy their chances of gaining a result, providing that they can keep City out at the start of the second half.

Both of City's goals have had an element of fortune. Sane's long-range strike only found the back of the net after a big deflection off Evra, while De Bruyne's cross took at least two deflections before finding its way into the bottom corner.

West Ham would have been disappointed when a goal was chalked off and they failed to be given a penalty within a couple of minutes of each other, but they finally got the goal they were looking for when Cresswell's 20-yard free kick beat Ederson at his near post.

KICKOFF! We are back underway at the London Stadium.

It's been a quiet start to the second half, which West Ham will be grateful for after City threatened a third before the break.

West Ham are making more of an effort to get Arnautovic more involved in the game. Since the restart, a number of long balls have gone in the direction of the forward. Still no chances to speak of in this half.

City reopen their two-goal lead. Sterling remained patient on the right before waiting to pick out the run of Jesus, who nipped in front of Zabaleta before finding the bottom corner from close range.

It's a long way back for West Ham now. City have rediscovered their rhythm and are already threatening a fourth goal. Moyes must surely consider introducing Hernandez or Carroll.

This is remarkable. Sterling is taken out by Cresswell inside of the penalty area and Sterling picks up the ball expecting the referee's whistle. Instead, the official gives nothing and doesn't give a yellow for a dive! Remarkable.

CHANCE! City think they have scored a fourth but De Bruyne's first-time effort hits the side-netting before going behind the goal. The Belgian should have netted.

CHANCE! Gundogan has an opening on the edge of the area but the German drags his effort wide of Adrian's far post.

SUBSTITUTION! City make their first change with Danilo being introduced for Walker.

CHANCE! City will surely add a fourth before the end of this match. Adrian's clearance is poor and Sterling ends up being played through on goal but the winger can't find a way to slot the ball through the goalkeeper's legs.

There it is. Sterling once again gets in down the right and he has all the time in the world to pick out the run of Fernandinho, who can't miss with a first-time effort from 10 yards.

SUBSTITUTIONS! Moyes decides to make three changes all at once. On come Masuaku, Joao Mario and Hernandez with Evra, Fernandes and Lanzini making way.

If this was a boxing match, it would be stopped. West Ham are simply offering no response and City will feel that they can score the two goals required to break Chelsea's scoring record with three matches to spare.

We are about to see Yaya Toure. I wonder if Lukas Nmecha will be given his Premier League debut as well. There's no reason why he shouldn't be at this stage in the game.

SUBSTITUTION! Gundogan is the man to make way for Toure, who I suspect will be making a number of cameo appearances during the closing two weeks of the season before leaving the club in the summer.

Danilo has replaced Walker at right-back but the Brazilian is spending more time in the final third than in the defensive one. A cross from the substitute almost found Jesus at the back post but the forward couldn't get a boot on the ball.

There's not a lot of urgency from either side now. They know that the game is over as a contest and look content to conserve energy.

You can tell that De Bruyne still wants to get on the scoresheet, however. The playmaker must be up to half-a-dozen efforts this afternoon but he still can't beat Adrian as another strike goes off target.

SUBSTITUTION! Here comes Nmecha for his Premier League debut. Guardiola applauds the moment for the youngster. Jesus is coming off.

SHOT! Sterling deserves a goal this afternoon but he can't find the net on this occasion, with his curling effort going marginally wide of the far post.

This game is still being played at a walking pace. I don't think that Moyes will mind too much. He just won't want to pick up any injuries during these closing stages.

Still the same...

City are simply playing keep ball and West Ham are letting them. The referee may as well blow up now!

West Ham end a long period of possession for Man City, but only with Kouyate committing a foul on the edge of the area. It's in Toure range...

Toure stepped up to take it but his effort was deflected over the crossbar. Well that was an anti-climax.

There will be three minutes of added-on time.

City win a late corner after Zabaleta gets a block in on Sterling. It's been a long afternoon for West Ham's wing-backs.

The full-time whistle goes at the London Stadium and as we have known for about half-an-hour, City have prevailed rather convincingly. West Ham played their part in the first half but the Hammers were ultimately outclassed by a team who should go on to break a number of records over the next two weeks.
