Preview: Manchester City vs. Wigan Athletic

Sports Mole previews the match between Manchester City and Wigan Athletic in the FA Cup quarter-finals.

Manchester City host Wigan Athletic on Sunday as they look to keep their hopes of a domestic treble alive.

Manuel Pellegrini's side defeated Sunderland to win the Capital One Cup last weekend, and a win against Wigan will earn them a return to Wembley for the last four next month.

With their Champions League trip to Barcelona in mind, Pellegrini could make several changes to his side, with Joleon Lescott, Gael Clichy and James Milner in line to earn a recall to the starting lineup.

Wigan make their second trip to the Etihad Stadium this season, having already lost 5-0 to City in the Capital One Cup.

However, the Latics will be confident of an improved display on this occasion after their superb form in the league under Uwe Rosler has moved them into a playoff place in the Championship.

Marc-Antoine Fortune and Callum McManaman could feature in attack for Wigan.
