Liverpool are reportedly interested in bringing FC Koln striker Lukas Podolski to Anfield as potential cover for Luis Suarez.
The Uruguayan was hit with an eight-match ban on Wednesday over alleged racist comments that he made towards Manchester United's Patrice Evra.
The Bundesliga club are expected to want around £16m for the 26-year-old, according to caughtoffside.com.
Arsenal are also thought to be interested in the Polish-born Germany international.
