Jamie Redknapp: 'Every team in the Premier League are scared of Liverpool'

Jamie Redknapp believes that Liverpool are the most feared side in the Premier League at the moment.

Former footballer Jamie Redknapp believes that Liverpool pose the biggest threat to teams around them in the Premier League due to their current form.

The Merseyside outfit are currently four points adrift of league leaders Chelsea while occupying the final Champions League spot.

Despite the Reds only having a three-point cushion in fourth, their rivals Manchester City, Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur all have European games to play.

"It's going to be incredibly tight and it's tough to predict how it will all finish up," Redknapp wrote in his Sky Sports News column. "However, I certainly feel Liverpool have a big part to play in how it will look at the end of the season.

"Liverpool are the team everyone is scared of at the moment - they have the best striker in the league in Luis Suarez and they also don't have any Champions League games coming up to worry about, so can rest, recuperate and prepare for each of their final 12 Premier League games."

The Reds will switch their attention to the FA Cup this weekend when they take on Arsenal at the Emirates on Sunday.
