Lazar Markovic has expressed gratitude towards his Liverpool teammates for helping him "settle in" following his arrival from Benfica in the summer.
The 20-year-old struggled to make an instant impact at Anfield, but has shown promise in his last few outings and scored his first Premier League goal in last weekend's 1-0 win over Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
"They have all been extremely helpful, they have helped me settle in and they are still helping me," Markovic told the club's official website.
"There is no end to the help that I have been receiving from them, and also the supporters have been very helpful. I am thankful to everybody. I knew right at the beginning that this is going to be my home for the future. I feel at home already here."
The Serbian spent a year at Benfica before making the move to Merseyside.
