Liverpool to assess Kelly, Adam injuries

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish has said that the club will wait to assess injuries picked up by Stephen Kelly and Charlie Adam in Wednesday's 3-2 defeat at Queens Park Rangers.

The pair were substituted either side of half time after picking up minor knocks at Loftus Road.

"It's just a kick [Kelly] got on Sunday," Dalglish told reporters. "Charlie just twisted his knee a little bit, so we'll need to see how he is as well."

Liverpool, who remain seventh in the Premier League table after the loss, host Wigan Athletic on Saturday.
