Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson has revealed that he is determined to help his side win the Premier League title to help fulfil his and captain Steven Gerrard's dream.
The Reds closed the gap at the top of the table to Chelsea to just one point following their 2-1 victory over Sunderland on Wednesday.
Henderson has admitted that he wants to help fill the remaining void on Gerrard's domestic trophy haul by claiming the title.
The 23-year-old told Sky Sports News: "We have all dreamed of winning the Premier League title and no-one deserves it more than him [Gerrard]. We are doing it for ourselves, our families, the fans, the club and for him as well.
"Obviously we are dreaming and believing because all you want to do as a footballer is win the Premier League, that is one of your dreams."
Liverpool are second in the Premier League with 68 points after 31 games this season.
