Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish claims that his side didn't deserve to lose after their 1-0 defeat at Swansea City.

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish has claimed that his side deserved at least a point following their 1-0 defeat at Swansea City on the final day of the season.

Danny Graham's late goal condemned the eight-placed Reds to their lowest ever points total in the Premier League.

"I think we finished the stronger team, the second half we got ourselves together so it is disappointing not to take something from the game," Dalglish told Sky Sports News.

"Congratulations to Swansea, they have had a great season winning in front of their own fans and sending them away with a good taste in their mouth."

It is the first time since 2005 that Liverpool have finished below local rivals Everton in the final standings.
