Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has said that this Saturday's FA Cup final will be extra special for him as it realistically could be his last.
The 34-year-old believes that as he reaches the twilight of his career, there may not be many more chances for him to be involved in such a big occasion.
Carragher, who already has two FA Cup medals, said that this realisation has made him even more determined to win.
"Realistically there is not much time left for me. You always have that fear it might be your last," said the 34-year-old. "When you get to the stage of my career you always think 'will I ever get a chance to play in this kind of game again?'
"From a personal point of view, because of my age and situation, it probably does feel a little more important or special because I may not see many of these days again.
"It makes it even more important even though we've played plenty of these games before."
Carragher was a part of Liverpool's winning teams in 2001 and 2006.
