Joe Allen praises Luis Suarez "masterclass"

Joe Allen heaps praise on Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez following his four-goal display against Norwich City.

Liverpool midfielder Joe Allen has labelled Luis Suarez's performance in the 5-1 thrashing of Norwich City a "masterclass".

Suarez scored four goals, three of which were world-class efforts, and Allen said that there was no chance of Norwich stopping him when in such good form.

"That's what you call a masterclass," Sky Sports News quotes Allen as saying. "Luis showed why he's one of the best players in the world. There are not many teams in the world who would be able to cope with that kind of performance.

"He was unstoppable. It was fantastic from him individually and for us to get three points after the disappointment of the defeat to Hull City was vital.

"Luis takes the burden off a lot of the players when he scores goals like that. He inspires everyone and it's a pleasure to work with someone of his quality."

Suarez has now scored 11 goals in his last four appearances against Norwich.
