Tours striker Andy Delort is reportedly being tracked by Premier League clubs Leicester City and Southampton.
The 22-year-old scored 24 goals in Ligue 2 last season and has two years left on his current contract.
The striker, who made 36 appearances for Tours last season, could cost around £4m, according to L'Equipe.
Schalke, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Montpellier and Standard Liege are also said to be interested in the striker.
