Leeds United closing in on Crystal Palace teenager Jadan Raymond?

Leeds United are allegedly close to winning the race for Crystal Palace youngster Jadan Raymond.

Despite being offered a long-term deal at Selhurst Park, the 16-year-old is said to have rejected the opportunity to pen professional terms with the Eagles.

That has seemingly let in Leeds, who are allegedly going up against Portuguese side Vitoria de Guimaraes for the midfielder's signature.

However, according to The Athletic, the Championship outfit are the favourites to wrap a deal in the near future.

The England Under-17 international is reportedly prioritising a pathway into first-team football over accepting a better financial deal.
