Keita Balde Diao wanted by Arsenal, Liverpool?

Arsenal and Liverpool have both reportedly had bids rejected for Lazio forward Keita Balde Diao.

The 19-year-old was a regular for the Biancocelesti last season, but has lost his place in the team under Stefano Pioli.

According to Il Messaggero, the Rome club have turned down offers from the Gunners and the Reds to sign the Spaniard in the January transfer window.

Keita is believed to be valued at €30m (£23.98m) by his club.
