Agent: 'Manchester City move interests Hernanes'

The agent of Lazio midfielder Hernanes has conceded that the player would be interested in a move to Manchester City.

The 27-year-old has been linked with a move away from Stadio Olimpico and his representative Joseph Lee admitted that a transfer to City would appeal to the player.

"I repeat, for now we are talking about rumours, but if [the offer from City] did arrive then [Lazio president] Claudio Lotito would be forced to call us," Lee told reporters.

"City are a top club at world level and Hernanes loves the Premier League but I have too much respect for Lazio to say any more."

The Brazilian international has scored nine goals in Serie A this season.
