Lazio are forced to swap Hernanes for Ederson for the home match against Siena as they look to continue their strong start to the season.

Talismanic playmaker Hernanes has failed a fitness test for Lazio and is out of their home match against Siena.

The Brazilian international is replaced by Ederson, who earns his first start of the season in behind Miroslav Klose.

Giuseppe Biava and Andre Dias also continue at centre-back with Stefan Radu still sidelined.

Siena are also forced to make a change as they go in search of another shock away victory following their success at the San Siro against Inter.

Francesco Valiani comes into the Siena starting team in place of Alessandro Rosini.

Lazio: Marchetti, Konko, Biava, Dias, Lulic, Candreva, Gonzalez, Ledesma, Ederson, Mauri, Klose

Siena: Pegolo, Neto, Paci, Felipe, Sestu, Vergassola, D'Agostino, Del Grosso, Valiani, Verre, Calaio
