Kayserispor will look to extend their unbeaten run to four games in all competitions when they play host to Giresunspor on Saturday.

After failing to win any of their previous five fixtures, Giresunpor occupy a position in the Super Lig relegation zone with a point separating them from safety.

Although Kayserispor sit in 10th place, due to the tightly congested nature of the league table, they find themselves just five points adrift of the top four.

Saturday's hosts have lost just once in their previous nine league games, and they are unbeaten in their last three matches in all competitions after drawing 1-1 away to Galatasaray last time out.

Kayserispor took the lead in the 69th minute through Miguel Cardoso, but Mostafa Mohamed's equaliser five minutes from time ensured that the spoils were shared.

Although they were unable to hold onto the three points in that contest, five consecutive home victories in all competitions suggest that Kayserispor could prevail on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Giresunspor are enduring a poor fun of form after losing four of their last five matches, leaving them in the relegation zone.

The visitors head to the Kadir Has Stadium off the back of three consecutive defeats, with the latest of those coming at home against Fenerbahce.

Kayserispor will be without Ugur Demirok, who will miss the game through suspension, while Dimitrios Kolovetsios and Bernard Mensah are injury absentees.

Silviu Lung Jr has missed the last two matches through injury, with Bilal Bayazit expected to retain his place in goal.

After featuring in the second half against Galatasaray, Mario Gavranovic and Mame Thiam could come into the starting lineup for Saturday's contest.

As for the visitors, Alexis Perez is suspended for the visitors after receiving a red card against Fenerbahce.

With Perez absent, Sergen Picinciol is set to come into the backline to partner Mamadou Diarra in the centre of defence. Meanwhile, the responsibility of leading the Giresunspor forward line will fall to Magomed-Shapi Suleymanov.
