Juventus 'to offer new deal to Pogba'

Juventus are allegedly planning to offer a new contract to midfielder Paul Pogba.

The Italian giants are hoping to ward off interest from Arsenal by doubling the France international's wages, according to The Mirror.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is said to have made inquiries about Pogba over the summer, but Juventus are keen to keep him in Italy.

Pogba, who currently earns £800,000, is contracted to the club until 2016.
