Alessandro del Piero has admitted that he would be interested in a move to the United States to play in Major League Soccer.
The legendary Italian striker is currently without a club after leaving Juventus.
Del Piero says that he was not surprised to leave the Old Lady and wants to embrace a new challenge if the offer is right.
He told CNN: "I gave everything to the club, the fans and the team. I am extremely happy with my journey there. Now, I have to follow my destiny, and my destiny is not here, in Italy.
"The United States is an option, it is a fantastic country. I would love to be there and have a lot of fun, but I still have not found a deal with anyone."
The 37-year-old spent 19 years at Juventus.
