Alessandro Del Piero hints at English switch

Alessandro Del Piero has suggested that he is prepared to join an English club this summer.

The veteran striker is a free agent after Juventus opted not to extend his deal with the club.

Arsenal, Tottenham and Queens Park Rangers have all been linked with the 37-year-old, who has revealed that he admires English football.

"England is a place where the football is so good, but I have still not agreed anything with a club," he told Corriere Dello Sport.

Del Piero spent 19 years with Juventus.
