Preview: Juventus vs. Roma

Sports Mole previews the Serie A clash between Juventus and Roma.

Both Juventus and Roma will go into their top-of-the-table clash in Serie A on Sunday evening looking to protect their 100% record.

Juventus, under the guidance of boss Massimiliano Allegri, have strung together five victories without conceding a goal in what has been a strong start to the defence of their title.

Roma, meanwhile, have also won five matches in a row, with just the one goal being conceded at Parma just over a week ago.

However, the two Italian giants came up short in Champions League action in midweek, with Juventus falling to a 1-0 defeat against Atletico Madrid and Roma securing a 1-1 draw at Manchester City.

Allegri is unlikely to make many alterations to his starting lineup, but Alvaro Morata is pushing for a start ahead of Fernando Llorente.

Roma coach Rudi Garcia must decide whether to recall Mattia Destro after the forward could only earn a place on the bench at the Etihad Stadium.
