David Trezeguet: 'Juventus will get back on track'

Former Juventus star David Trezeguet believes The Old Lady will get back on track after a rough start to their Serie A campaign.

Former Juventus striker David Trezeguet believes that the Italian champions will bounce back from their poor start to the Serie A season.

The Old Lady have lost their opening two fixtures but Trezeguet feels the new signings need time to gel and that the defeats will inspire the side to improve.

The 37-year-old also praised the signing of Mario Lemina, who he believes has a bright future ahead of him.

In a question and answer session on the club's Twitter account, the Frenchman said: "There have been big changes this summer, because important players left and the newcomers came in. At the same time, I am convinced that the changes are as important to continue winning.

"I hope and indeed am sure that the team will get back on track, because defeats help motivate, force you to work harder and grow.

Trezeguet spent ten seasons with Juventus, winning two Scudetto's and the Serie B title.
