Team News: Italy ring changes for Spain clash

Italy boss Antonio Conte has made seven changes for his side's Euro 2016 second-round clash with Spain.

The Azzurri qualified for the last 16 with a game to spare and made numerous alterations for the meeting with Republic of Ireland - which they lost 1-0 - but Conte has taken the opportunity to recall a number of his first-choice players.

Leonardo Bonucci is joined by more familiar faces in defence, while the likes of Emmanuele Giaccherini, Eder and Graziano Pelle are included further forward.

Goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon also returns to the starting lineup after sitting out the last game due to illness.

Spain coach Vicente del Bosque has selected the same XI for the fourth game in succession, despite their defeat to Croatia on Tuesday night.
