Portugal make three changes for group finale

Portugal have made three changes to their starting XI for tonight's World Cup Group B decider against Iran.

Fernando Santos has drafted in Leicester City's Adrien Silva, Andre Silva of AC Milan and former Chelsea loanee Ricardo Quaresma for the crucial clash.

Joao Moutinho, Goncalo Guedes and Manchester City's Bernando Silva are the ones to make way.

Iran, meanwhile, have made only one change for the contest, with AZ Alkmaar winger Alireza Jahanbakhsh replacing Karim Ansarifard in the starting lineup.

Olympiacos defender Ehsan Haji Safi passed a late fitness test to make the first XI.
