Ipswich Town manager Paul Jewell will reportedly offer James Coppinger the chance to remain in the Championship next season.

The 31-year-old currently plies his trade for Doncaster Rovers, who were relegated to League One at the weekend.

Jewell is an admirer of Coppinger's ability and will test Doncaster's resolve with a £500,000 offer in the summer, according to The Mirror.

The winger joined Donny in 2004 from Exeter City.
