First Ipswich Town goal delights Teddy Bishop

Midfielder Teddy Bishop revels in having scored his first goal for the Ipswich Town senior side after breaking his duck in the 2-2 draw with Bournemouth.

Ipswich Town youngster Teddy Bishop has admitted that he was "delighted" to have scored his first goal for the club.

The 18-year-old midfielder broke his duck for the Suffolk side when he turned in a Tyrone Mings cross in the 50th minute of the 2-2 draw away at Bournemouth on Saturday.

"Delighted to score my first goal for Ipswich today and a good point away from home, fans were class as usual," he wrote on Twitter.

Cambridge-born Bishop, who made his senior debut earlier this season, has risen through the ranks at Portman Road.
