Inter Milan 'closing in on Manchester City striker Stevan Jovetic'

Manchester City striker Stevan Jovetic is likely to return to Serie A with Inter Milan this summer, according to reports.

The 25-year-old has endured an injury-hit spell in the Premier League so far, and has made just 43 appearances in two seasons.

Jovetic has been linked with a move away from the club in this window, and Sky Sport Italia claims that his representatives are in talks with Inter and expect a deal to go through by the start of the new campaign.

The Montenegro international scored six goals last season, but only one since the turn of the year.

He joined City from Fiorentina in 2013.
