Inter Milan defender Rolando has praised his side's defensive performance during their 2-0 win over Hellas Verona on Saturday evening.
The Nerazzurri moved up to fourth place in the Serie A table and managed to keep a clean sheet for the third successive league match.
"To win a game like this you need a solid defence. It makes the task a whole lot easier if you can keep a clean sheet, especially if you have great players up front," Rolando told the club's official website.
"Verona are a decent side too but we prepared for this match really well. We knew that if we could keep (Luca) Toni, (Juan) Iturbe and Romulo quiet we'd have a better chance of winning."
Inter Milan are next in action when they face Atalanta in Serie A on March 23.
