Diego Milito has expressed his desire to remain with Inter Milan beyond the summer transfer window.
The Argentine international has been heavily linked with a return to his homeland in the coming weeks.
However, the 33-year-old has insisted that he is keen to see out the remaining 24 months of his contract at the San Siro.
"I want to remain at Inter," Milito told Gazzetta dello Sport. "When you feel love in one place you want to remain there.
"I am happy here and I don't think I will ever be able to repay the affection shown by the Inter fans to me. I hope to continue here until 2014."
Milito joined Inter from fellow Italian side Genoa in 2009.
