Ryan Taylor, Sam Clucas join Hull City

Hull City have completed the double signing of Ryan Taylor and Sam Clucas.

Taylor, who was released by Newcastle United in May, has signed a one-year deal with the Tigers.

Meanwhile, Clucas has joined the club from Chesterfield on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee.

Taylor was told of his release by Newcastle in a joint phone call with former teammate Jonas Gutierrez.
