Report: Norwich City to make Nikica Jelavic approach

Hull City are reportedly bracing themselves for a bid for striker Nikica Jelavic, as Norwich City look to complete a double swoop.

The Canaries have already landed Robbie Brady this summer, but they are said to be keen on another option in attack.

According to the Daily Mail, Alex Neil is hoping to sign the Croatia international after missing out on Bologna-bound striker Mattia Destro earlier this week.

Norwich have also been linked with Dwight Gayle and Charlie Austin during the transfer window, yet the same report suggests that Jelavic is a better fit for the club's budget and is therefore deemed their number one target.
