Snodgrass vows to work hard for Hull

Hull City winger Robert Snodgrass has promised the club's fans that he will prove his passion by working hard for the Premier League outfit.

The 26-year-old, who signed for the Tigers from Norwich City last month for a reported £7m, could make his home debut in this week's Europa League third qualifying-round second leg against AS Trencin.

"During my time at Leeds, two in League One and two in the Championship, I worked as hard as I possibly could to get where I am," the Hull Daily Mail quotes Snodgrass as saying.

"No-one has given me this through luck. I'm here on hard work and that's the way I've always been. I'll do exactly the same here at Hull. That's what fans want to see, someone with passion."

Snodgrass came off the substitutes' bench to feature in Hull's goalless draw with the Slovakian side in the first leg last Thursday.
