Shane Long has revealed that he is settling in quickly at new club Hull City.
The Irish striker scored on his debut against Tottenham Hotspur last weekend following a January move from West Bromwich Albion.
Long has now thanked his teammates for making him feel welcome in the North-East, praising the atmosphere on the training pitch.
"It's been brilliant and I've settled in straightaway," he told the club's official website.
"Normally when you go to a new club, there's a few different groups within that club, but everybody gets on with everybody here and there's a really good atmosphere.
"The lads are still buzzing for their first year back in this league and it's nice to come in and feel welcome straightaway."
Hull's season continues on Saturday when they make the trip to Sunderland in the Premier League.
