Hull City defender Liam Rosenior has claimed that it is "fantastic" for the team to be involved in the Europa League next season.
The Tigers will take part in a European competition for the first time in their history after finishing as runners-up in the FA Cup final.
Despite the extra demands that will be on the squad next term, Rosenior is excited at the prospect of playing across the continent.
"You have aspirations to have a great career and part of that is playing in European games," the 29-year-old told Sky Sports News.
"It's fantastic for Hull, it's the first time we have been involved in European competition. We had a good season last year and it gives us something to look forward to next season."
Hull secured a 16th-place finish in the Premier League table during the 2013-14 campaign.
