John Marquis extends loan spell with Gillingham

Millwall striker John Marquis has extended his loan with Gillingham until the end of the season.

The 22-year-old forward initially joined the Gills on loan for a month at the start of January, but he will now stay in League One for the remainder of 2014-15.

He has had an instant impact for the Kent club with three goals in four appearances.

Marquis also scored once in 13 League Two appearances for Cheltenham Town earlier this season.
