Karagounis pens new Fulham contract

Greece midfielder Giorgos Karagounis has agreed to extend his contract at Fulham.

The 36-year-old, who is his nation's most capped player with 125 senior appearances, was officially released from Craven Cottage earlier this month.

However, after much consideration, he has now put pen to paper on a new one-year deal with the London club.

Karagounis made 25 Premier League appearances last season.
