Griezmann: 'I've found my place'

France forward Antoine Griezmann has said that he feels as though he has now "found his place" in the team.

The 23-year-old made his international debut three months ago, and was handed a spot in the starting lineup in Les Bleus' 3-0 World Cup group-stage victory over Honduras on Sunday.

"I feel like I've really found my place in this team," Griezmann told FIFA.com. "With every side I've played for, I've always tried to fit in and joke with my teammates, while enjoying good times with them on and off the pitch. And that's what's happened with Les Bleus."

Griezmann, who scored his first goal for France in a friendly against Paraguay ahead of the finals, added: "I already felt good in the side, but that goal gave me even more confidence. Since then, I've started taking more risks and trying my luck more often."

France continue their Group E campaign when they take on Switzerland tomorrow.
