Laurent Blanc's future to be decided soon

France boss Laurent Blanc's future with the national team will reportedly be decided following a meeting with the head of the French Football Federation.

France boss Laurent Blanc will meet with the head of the French Football Federation to discuss his future with the national team.

Blanc's contract expires at the end of Euro 2012, and it has been suggested that he could seek pastures new in a club role.

"I saw Laurent last night. We will meet soon to discuss the future. As a man, Laurent has always been respectful and pleasant. We must talk about football, his desire and his career," Noel Le Graet told RMC.

"We must see how he sees things and how I see them. This has been an acceptable European Championship. The Spanish were better, with a collective level higher than ours.

"Nevertheless, there was nothing to be ashamed of. Spain did not create many opportunities, but we did not perform very well in attack as well. The opponents were too strong for a France team that has progressed, but is not yet at their level."

France were eliminated from Euro 2012 after losing 2-0 to Spain on Saturday.
