Everton's Gareth Barry: 'We need to be on our game against Fulham'

Gareth Barry insists that Everton cannot take Fulham lightly this weekend, despite the Cottagers being in the bottom three of the table.

Everton midfielder Gareth Barry has insisted that he and his teammates cannot afford to be complacent heading into this weekend's Premier League clash against Fulham.

The Merseyside outfit currently sit fifth in the Premier League table following a victory over Manchester United and 1-1 draw with Arsenal last weekend.

"It's easy on the back of two brilliant results for everyone to think we're going to walk all over Fulham but Premier League football doesn't work like that and we need to make sure we're really on our game to get three points," Barry told the club's official website.

The Cottagers sit 18th in the standings having picked up 13 points from 15 games.
