Gareth Barry expects tough Montenegro test

Gareth Barry says that England expect a tough test against Montenegro on Friday.

Gareth Barry has said that he expects a tough game when England face Montenegro in their Euro 2012 qualifier on Friday.

Fabio Capello's team will travel to Podgoria knowing that a point will earn them qualification to next year's tournament, and the Manchester City midfielder has revealed that they are in confident spirits.

"It's a massive game," said Barry. "When the fixtures came out we knew Montenegro away was going to be a tough fixture.

"We know it's going to be tough. They kept us out at Wembley and will be up for it in their home city. We go there confident.

"If we can get a victory, the confidence going into the European Championships will be higher."

England will finish top of Group G if they can claim three points at the City Stadium.
