Doncaster Rovers captain Rob Jones out for rest of the season

Doncaster Rovers captain Rob Jones has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a neck injury.

The 34-year-old defender has struggled for appearances this season because of the persistent problem.

He will now undergo surgery, sidelining him for at least three months.

Jones last played for Donny on October 25 during a 4-0 defeat at Middlesbrough in the Championship.
