Gael Kakuta set for Ligue 1 loan

Chelsea are reportedly ready to loan Gael Kakuta to French side Dijon in January.

The 20-year-old is currently still on a six-month loan spell at the Reebok Stadium, but has made only six appearances under Owen Coyle after having struggled to break into the first team at Fulham a season ago.

The Frenchman is now expected to return to Ligue 1 with Patrice Carteron's side, who are in 16th place in the league in their first season following promotion.

Kakuta arrived at Stamford Bridge in 2007 from boyhood club Lens.
