Derby County are reportedly interested in signing Dundee United duo Jon Daly and Paul Dixon.
Derby boss Nigel Clough is said to have personally checked on the pair.
Dixon plays at left-back, while striker Daly has hit 17 goals in 33 games this season.
Derby could see their interest scuppered by Premier League sides West Bromwich Albion and Wigan Athletic, who are also reportedly keen on the duo.
