Jack Hunt eager to work under Ian Holloway

Jack Hunt has admitted that he is desperate to start working under manager Ian Holloway after joining Crystal Palace from Huddersfield Town.

The defender, 22, signed a four-year deal with the Eagles for an undisclosed fee on transfer deadline day.

"I spoke to the manager for a good hour, hour-and-a-half, and the chat was brilliant, he is a brilliant man," Hunt told Sky Sports News.

"He is very honest and I can't wait to play for him and you can see why he has such a good team spirit there, and that's only after one conversation with him."

Palace continue their Premier League campaign on September 14 when they travel to champions Manchester United.
